Your business data is scattered.
We build the infrastructure to unify it.

Data pipelines, custom software, hardware integrations — engineered for how your business actually operates. Based in North Georgia, serving the greater Atlanta area.

Most businesses have the data. What they don't have is the infrastructure.

Client records live in one app, scheduling in another, financials in a spreadsheet someone built three years ago. None of it talks to each other. As you grow, these gaps turn into real cost — missed opportunities, duplicated work, decisions made on incomplete information.

We fix that. Seabolt Systems builds the data pipelines, custom software, and hardware integrations that connect your operations into a single system. Three divisions handle the work: Solutions Engineering builds production software and data infrastructure. The Foundry Lab handles hardware and embedded systems. The Applied Research Group tackles problems where off-the-shelf tools fall short.

Solutions Engineering

The software and data layer that runs your business.

This is our primary division. We build the databases, pipelines, and application logic that replace manual processes with systems that actually work. If your team is still copy-pasting between platforms or pulling reports by hand, this is where we start.

Data Infrastructure

Connect fragmented databases, POS systems, and software platforms into one source of truth.

  • Database design & migrations
  • API integrations & custom middleware
  • Automated ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Operational dashboards

Intelligent Systems

Systems that watch your data, flag problems, and handle decisions your team shouldn't have to make manually.

  • Workflow automation
  • Anomaly detection
  • Search & retrieval platforms
  • Predictive analytics

Foundry Lab

Where software meets physical hardware.

Led by Hugh Pruitt, the Foundry Lab handles embedded computing, industrial sensor networks, and edge intelligence. Custom tracking systems, physical prototypes for niche workflows, hardware that talks to your software stack. If the problem lives in the physical world, this is the team that builds the bridge.

Applied Research Group

When the tool doesn't exist, we build it.

ARG is our internal R&D arm, co-led by the executive team. This is where we work on problems that commercial software can't touch — custom machine learning architectures, domain-specific models trained on real operational data, edge-cloud hybrid deployments. The research here feeds directly into client work. It's not a lab for the sake of having one; it's how we stay ahead of problems our clients haven't hit yet.

How we work.

We do our homework before we pitch anything. Here's what that looks like.

01

Research

We study your business, your industry, and your competitors before we ever sit down together. By the time we meet, we already have a clear picture of where you stand and where the opportunities are.

02

Discovery

We meet with you, ask questions, and get into the details of your day-to-day operations. What's working, what's not, what takes too long, what falls through the cracks.

03

Plan & Build

We put together a proposal backed by real data, not guesswork. Once you approve it, we build the system using modern platforms with proper safeguards from day one.

04

Deploy & Support

We deploy your system, train your team, and stick around. Monthly check-ins, ongoing maintenance, and improvements as your business changes. We don't hand off and disappear.

Let's talk about your business.

Not sure where to start? That's fine. We'll have a short conversation about how your business runs and tell you honestly whether we can help. No commitment, no jargon.
